What is Jubilee Field?
Jubilee Field is a community-driven outdoor venue and bar at 529 E Burnett Ave in Louisville, Kentucky: about three-quarters of an acre of open green space with Field Bar pouring on site, rotating food trucks, yard games, art, and room to roam.
Do I need a ticket to come hang out?
Not for a free public event. Ticketed events list their prices on their event pages.
Are kids welcome?
Yes, until 8 PM every operating night. After 8 PM everyone must be 21+ with a valid ID, unless the event is designated family-friendly.
Can I bring my dog?
Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome on the concrete and in the dog zone east of Field Bar, between Field Bar and the Galerie. Please clean up after your pup.
Can I bring chairs or a picnic?
Lawn chairs and blankets, yes, unless an event says otherwise. Picnics are welcome on days without a food truck; when a truck is here, outside food stays home except kids' snacks and celebration cakes.
What if it rains?
Rain or shine, we adapt. Events proceed unless we announce otherwise, and changes get posted on the site and socials.
Can I book Jubilee Field for my own event?
Yes, the Field hosts markets, festivals, fundraisers, and community gatherings of all kinds. Submit an event request right on this page and the team will be in touch.

How much does it cost to host an event at Jubilee Field?
Field events are custom-quoted for your date, hours, and guest count. Weddings and private full-property buyouts have their own pricing on our Weddings page.
How many people can an event on the Field hold?
The ¾-acre outdoor field holds up to 2,700 guests for festival-style events. Weddings are planned for up to 400 guests. There are permanent restrooms on site.
Can we sell alcohol at our event?
Field Bar serves all alcohol on the property, so you do not need a liquor license or your own bartenders. Outside alcohol is never allowed.
Can we sell tickets?
Yes. Ticketing and how ticket revenue is handled are worked out with you as part of your quote, and public events can be listed on the Jubilee Field events calendar.
What sound equipment is available?
A house sound system is on site. Your stage setup, inputs, and any extra equipment are confirmed ahead of your event, and anything that carries a rental fee is listed in your quote.
Are there noise limits?
Yes. Outdoor amplified sound follows Louisville's noise ordinance, so volume and an outdoor end time are set with you when we plan your event.
Is there power on the Field?
Yes. Six 60-amp power panels on the field serve food trucks and vendors, with 20-amp, 30-amp, and 50-amp receptacles. Full stage production gets its own 200 amps of single-phase, isolated power. Water hookups are there too.
Is there a rain plan for events?
Events run rain or shine unless we announce a change. There is plenty of room on the field for tents, and you can add the Galerie next door, a 750-square-foot indoor room for up to 53 guests, as your backup.
Where do guests park?
There is an on-site lot plus street parking on E Burnett Ave and Meriwether Ave. Rideshare drop-off is right out front at the purple pearly gates.
Do our vendors need insurance?
Yes. Outside vendors such as caterers, DJs, and food trucks provide a certificate of insurance naming Jubilee Field, LLC and Burwether, LLC as additional insureds.
Can we use the Jubilee Field name on our flyers?
Yes, with written approval first. Fully AI-generated flyers are not allowed.
How do we hold a date?
Send the event request form on this page. We reply with a custom quote, and a signed agreement plus a 50% deposit holds your date.
