What event spaces does Jubilee Field have?
Three spaces you can book on their own or together: the Galerie, a 750 sq ft indoor room for up to 53 guests; the ¾-acre outdoor Field for up to 2,700 guests at festival-style events; and Field Bar, our indoor and outdoor cocktail bar. A whole-venue buyout puts all three together for weddings and big celebrations of up to 400 guests.
How much does it cost to rent an event space at Jubilee Field?
The Galerie starts at $250. Weddings and whole-venue buyouts start at $2,000. Hourly rental prices are before Kentucky sales tax (6%). Every event is confirmed with a quote for your date, hours and guest count.
Which space fits my guest count?
Up to 53 guests: the Galerie. A few hundred: the Field, or the whole venue for a wedding of up to 400. Festival-style events on the Field can hold up to 2,700.
Is there an indoor option if it rains?
Yes. The Galerie next door is the indoor rain plan for events on the Field, and there is plenty of room on the field for tents.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Bring your own caterer, or book food trucks with a valid license and Louisville Metro permit. All alcohol is served through Field Bar, so outside alcohol is never allowed.
